Former Bayern München player Franck Ribery says he wants to come back to Munich in the future once he has hung up his boots.

The veteran winger joined Fiorentina in the summer after spending 12 unforgettable years at Bayern.

"I enjoyed great successes in Munich and made a lot of friends. I was really at home there, so I know I want to live in Munich again after I finish playing," Ribery told Bayern München's club magazine '51'.

"I don't know what will happen in the future, but I can never forget FC Bayern and the city of Munich," he added.

Ribery made a total of 425 appearances for Bayern with 124 goals and 182 assists to his name.
