Niklas Stark’s future at Werder Bremen is uncertain if Kicker’s latest report is anything to go by.

While the expiring contracts of Milos Veljkovic and Anthony Jung won’t be extended – Stark’s plans are a little hazy.

The 29-year-old is currently under contract until the summer of 2026 leaving two options – extend his deal or move on.

Although no negotiations between the parties have taken place, Stark is content and “can imagine many things” in terms of his Bremen future.

“I am focused on the rest of the season right now and will wait and see what happens,” he emphasized.
