New Hertha BSC managing director for sport Fredi Bobic wants Pal Dardai to stay on as head coach for the 2021/22 season, according to Sport Bild.

Dardai took charge when Bruno Labbadia was relieved of his duties in January and led Hertha to a 14th-place finish in the Bundesliga.

Sporting director Arne Friedrich is also expected to continue working for the German capital club.

Sport Bild further claims that Bobic is keen on bringing in Pablo Thiam from Wolfsburg as the club's new head of youth development.
