Giannis Konstantelias’ move from PAOK to Borussia Dortmund is nearing completion for a reported €26 million plus up to €6 million in bonuses, with the deal also including a 15 per cent sell-on clause for the Greek side.

At the same time, according to reports from Greece, PAOK are working on signing two young players from Borussia Dortmund, namely Christos Kostoglou and Samuele Inácio.

As reported by sport24.gr, PAOK are in advanced talks over a move for 17-year-old Kostoglou. The youngster, who plays for BVB’s U19 side, has one year left on his contract, but Dortmund are said to be willing to let him leave on a free transfer.

Meanwhile, PAOK are aiming to sign 18-year-old Inácio on loan, according to Greek outlet Gazzetta.

Whether Dortmund would agree to this is highly doubtful, though. The Italy international broke into the first team towards the end of last season and is part of the club's plans for the coming campaign.
