The Rayan Cherki transfer mill rolls around again and there could be a trio of Bundesliga clubs keen to attain his services.

After showing interest last summer, Borussia Dortmund tried again in the latest winter transfer window, but the deal ultimately fell through

The Frenchman was supposedly keen on a move, but Lyon rejected the €22.5million bid on the grounds of “disrespectful communication”.

Although Die Schwarzgelben may try again in summer, they are expected to face stiff competition from Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen.

Sport BILD believes both clubs have also been keeping tabs on the talented playmaker for a while.

The reason for neither club submitting a bid in January was due to concerns regarding Cherki’s ability to integrate quickly mid-season.

The 21-year-old has 5 goals and 7 assists to his name in 19 outings for Lyon in Ligue 1.
