Watzke denies report of Dortmund emergency meeting
Sky Germany's report that Borussia Dortmund held an emergency meeting after last night's defeat to Rangers is "total bullshit," according to club CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke.
Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke has denied a Sky report that the club held an emergency meeting after yesterday's 2-4 Europa League play-off defeat to Rangers.
"That's total bullshit. There was no meeting," he is quoted as saying by SID journalist Tomas Nowag.
Dortmund have lost two of their last three games in all competitions, conceding nine goals in the process.
In their next game, 'Die Schwarzgelben' lock horns with Borussia Mönchengladbach in the Bundesliga this Sunday.
