Coman and Gnabry struggling with knocks ahead of Fürth clash

Bayern München coach Julian Nagelsmann is sweating over the fitness of Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman as the German champions prepare for Sunday's game against Greuther Fürth.
Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman are both struggling with minor injuries ahead of Bayern München's Bundesliga clash with Greuther Fürth on Sunday.

"Serge Gnabry was experiencing some slight muscle issues and trained indoors today," revealed Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann at a press conference today.

"Kingsley Coman picked up a knock to the calf and is a doubt for Sunday. We will need to wait and see."

Meanwhile, Jamal Musiala is back in contention after recovering from COVID-19.

"Musiala has been able to test out of quarantine. He will have to undergo a medical check today in order to see if everything is okay. If so, then we will just need to decide whether he can be part of the squad on Sunday," said Nagelsmann.
