Wolfsburg

Wolfsburg have recently proven to be a tough team to beat, but they will be frustrated with the fact that they have drawn their last three games. Wolfsburg also led in two of those matches, including last weekend's away meeting with Bayer Leverkusen.

Niko Kovač's side come from a goal down to take a slender lead against Leverkusen, thanks to a Robert Andrich own goal and Maximilian Arnold spot-kick. However, Wolfsburg were unable to hold on with a Jeremie Frimpong equaliser ensuring the contest finished in a 2-2 draw.

The result leaves Wolfsburg in 14th place, with only three points separating them from the bottom three. They will be looking to move away from danger with a win on Saturday, and after winning seven of their last eight Bundesliga home games against Bochum, they will be confident of claiming their second home victory of the season.
Team News

Wolfsburg are expected to be without the services of Patrick Wimmer, Bartol Franjic and Jérôme Roussillon due to injury issues.

Bochum

Bochum may be in the relegation zone, but their recent results suggest they can avoid the drop this season. They have won three of their last four games in all competitions, including a narrow victory over league leaders Union Berlin last weekend.

Goals from Philipp Hofmann and Gerrit Holtmann as well as Manuel Riemann's penalty save secured Bochum a 2-1 victory over Union.

With two points separating them from safety, Bochum will be aiming to claim a third consecutive win in all competitions this weekend as they look to continue their revival under Thomas Letsch.

However, if they are to stand any chance of moving out of the relegation zone they need to improve upon their away form after losing all five of their away league games this season by a combined 15-4 scoreline.
Team News

Takuma Asano and Paul Grave are sidelined for the hosts, while there are doubts over the availability of Jacek Goralski, Simon Zoller and Lys Mousset.
