Sky Germany have revealed that Real Madrid's buyback option for Chema Andrés is fixed at €13.5million in 2026.
However, should the Spanish giants wait, the sum will increase to €18million in 2027, and slightly higher thereafter.
If the player returns to Madrid and is later resold, VfB Stuttgart have managed to secure themselves a matching right.
However, the bosses at the Swabian outfit don't anticipate a summer exit for the 20-year-old Valencia native.
Chema has taken to life in Baden-Württemberg well, making 4 Bundesliga appearances with a solitary goal scored to date.
