Borussia Dortmund are reportedly looking to strengthen at the back after an illness outbreak forced them to field a second-string defence for Friday's 2-3 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen.

According to both Sky Germany and Kicker, the Black and Yellows are eyeing a move for Chelsea's Renato Veiga.

Sky Germany even claims that Dortmund have agreed personal terms with the player, with the Bundesliga club looking for a loan with an option to buy.

Stuttgart are also said to be interested in the 21-year-old former Augsburg man, who wants more game time than he's currently getting at Chelsea.

The versatile defender has started just one Premier League game for the Blues this season.
