Tah: “Mentality and team spirit secured our important win”

Jonathan Tah highlighted the importance of mentality and teamwork after FC Bayern secured a hard-fought victory. The centre-back emphasized that it was a game where passion and commitment made the difference.

FC Bayern Munich’s Jonathan Tah spoke after the “Klassiker” about the significance of the club’s victory over rivals Borussia Dortmund:

“We want to continue winning our games, but of course today was an important win for us,” Tah said. He underlined that it was a highly passionate contest, with both teams giving their all.

It was a very passionate game today; both teams threw everything in. In the end, it came down to mentality and team spirit - and that’s what we brought onto the pitch and won with,” he added.

Tah’s comments reflect the determination and unity within Bayern’s squad, qualities that helped them navigate a demanding match and come out on top.
