Kleindienst reportedly set for first Germany call-up

Bild reports that Tim Kleindienst will be called up to the German national team for the first time this month.

Borussia Mönchengladbach striker Tim Kleindienst is reportedly in line for his first call-up to the German national team.

According to Bild, the Borussia Mönchengladbach striker will be included in Germany's squad for this month's matches against Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Netherlands.

Kleindienst will replace Niclas Füllkrug, who is on the sidelines with an Achilles tendon injury.

The 29-year-old striker scored 12 goals in 33 appearances for Heidenheim last season before joining Gladbach in the summer.

He has scored twice in five Bundesliga appearances for the Fohlen so far.
