Tom Bischof and Lennart Karl are both making progress in their recovery as Bayern Munich prepare for their Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain.

However, according to Bild, Tuesday’s first leg in the French capital will come too soon for the injured Bayern pair to feature.

There is optimism, though, that both could be available for the return leg in Munich on May 6.

Karl is recovering from a muscle fibre tear in his thigh and last played for Bayern at the beginning of April.

Bischof is also sidelined with a muscle tear, which has ruled him out of Bayern’s last two Bundesliga matches.

Earlier on Sunday, it was confirmed that Raphael Guerreiro will miss both games against PSG.
