With Ole Werner’s appointment as RB Leipzig coach, the captain’s armband passed from Willi Orban to David Raum.

Speaking in a post-match interview after Leipzig's 3-1 win over 1. FC Köln on Saturday, Orban admitted that he would have liked to keep the responsibility.

“I would have liked to continue. I’m someone who takes responsibility,” the defender said.

His approach, however, remains exactly the same.

“It’s all about working together. Not much has changed for me. I continue to put myself at the service of the team and try to lead by example.”

Orban has started all of Leipzig's four Bundesliga games so far this season.
