Castello Lukeba has responded to reports linking him with a move away from RB Leipzig.
Bayern Munich are among the clubs said to be monitoring the French defender, who has a reported €80 million release clause that will become active next summer.
“I want to get back into the Champions League with RB. What comes after that, we’ll see,” Lukeba told Bild, keeping his cards close to his chest.
“In football there are many rumours. I am a young player who wants to gain experience. It’s important to keep a cool head.”
The 22-year-old joined Leipzig from Olympique Lyon in 2023 for a reported €30 million.
He has so far earned one senior cap for France.
