RB Leipzig forward Benjamin Šeško appears set for a Premier League switch, but his final destination has yet to be decided.

According to reports, Šeško has made it clear that he wants to join Manchester United. Despite this, Newcastle United are apparently still attempting to hijack the deal.

Both Bild and Sky Germany report that both Manchester United and Newcastle have sent representatives to Leipzig for negotiations.

According to Sky Germany, talks between Manchester United and RB Leipzig took place this morning, with the goal of reaching a final agreement for the striker.

The Red Devils have most recently submitted an offer of €80 million plus €5 million in bonuses for the Slovenian international.

The German outlet further reports that all parties remain optimistic that Šeško’s move to Manchester United will go through - but if something unexpected happens, Newcastle are ready to pounce.
