In recent weeks, Gladbach's season has turned into a nightmare. Not only have the Foals slipped to 12th place after a poor run of form, they have also had to say goodbye to their long-serving sporting director, Max Eberl.

The future of head coach Adi Hütter has been questioned as well, but it doesn't seem like he has to fear for his job at the moment.

It's been reported that the 51-year-old will stay in charge for the upcoming games against Arminia Bielefeld and Augsburg at least, but club vice-president Rainer Bonhof fully expects him to remain head coach beyond those two matches.

"For me, it's about much more than two games. We are clearly behind Adi," Bonhof underlined in an interview with Bild.
