Borussia Dortmund will have to manage without Thorgan Hazard for the time being after he was forced off against Gladbach on Saturday.

The Bundesliga club have announced that the Belgian international is expected to be out for a number of weeks due to a torn muscle fibre.

Hazard, who was playing as a wing-back, was replaced by Felix Passlack in the first half of Saturday's 3-0 victory at Signal Iduna Park.

The 27-year-old played 43 games for Dortmund last season, racking up seven goals and 14 assists.
