ESPN reports the story, suggesting that Bayern as well as PSG, Manchester City, and Manchester United are interested in securing the Spanish defender's signature.

Ramos and Real Madrid announced earlier this month that their paths will no longer cross, as Ramos is to leave the Spanish giants after 16 years of service.

The rumors have sprung up following Austrian captain David Alaba's transfer from Bayern to Real on a free, and Bayern have looked to the 35-year-old Spaniard to replace the outgoing Alaba, who is set to replace Ramos at the Bernabeu.

Bayern have already signed Dayot Upamecano and have Niklas Sule and youngster Tanguy Nianzou at the disposal of new coach Julian Nagelsmann but are expected to look for an experienced alternative to replace the departing Alaba and World Cup winner Jerome Boateng.

A move for Ramos to Germany would be seen as difficult, if not impossible, however, given concerns over his adaptation and the language barrier.

Ramos is still considering his options but is keen to resolve his future sooner rather than later, sources added and does not want to delay a decision too long out of respect for the clubs which have expressed an interest.
