With Anthony Rouault's move to Rennes imminent, VfB Stuttgart have been able to secure a second replacement for the French defender, with Finn Jeltsch joining up with Die Schwaben from second-division side, FC Nürnberg.

The 18-year-old has made 18 appearances for Nürnberg in the 2. Bundesliga this season, and is a highly-regarded youth prospect.

Signing a long-term contract, the German defender leaves Bavaria for a reported fee between 7.5 and 10 million euros.

The arrival of Jeltsch alongside Swiss youngster Luca Jaquez paves the way for the departure of Rouault, who is set to join Rennes for upwards of 15 million euros.
