According to the latest report from Sky Germany, Phillip Tietz is one to watch in the upcoming winter transfer window.

Supposedly unhappy with his playing time, the striker could leave Augsburg, despite his contract running until 2027.

A handful of MLS sides and other clubs from abroad have already submitted concrete enquiries for the 28-year-old.

It has been mooted in recent weeks that the Bavarians are considering to bring in a new number nine in January.

Augsburg have endured somewhat of a goal drought with just one scored in their last four competitive fixtures.

Currently, Mert Kömür is the man tasked with leading the line for Wagner's side, albeit he is traditionally more of an attacking midfielder.
