Reports linking Jonathan Tah with a move to Bayern Munich have intensified in recent days.

According to Fussballtransfers, Bayern are now one step closer to finalizing the deal, as the 29-year-old has given the green light for a move to Munich, turning down interest from abroad.

However, nothing has been signed yet. Bayern are now set to sit down with Tah’s star agent, Pini Zahavi, to finalize the paperwork.

Interestingly, Zahavi also represents Leroy Sané, with whom Bayern are still struggling to agree on a contract extension beyond this season.

Along with Bayern Munich, both FC Barcelona and Real Madrid have been linked with the centre-back, who is leaving Bayer Leverkusen on a free transfer.
