Building up to their clash with SC Freiburg on Sunday, Eintracht Frankfurt coach Dino Toppmöller was happy to announce the return of one key defender from injury.

"The personnel situation is very, very positive. Rasmus Kristensen is back and a starting candidate. Jessic Ngankam has also returned to training. All the players are ready to play.

“Most recently, Ritsu [Dōan], Farès [Chaïbi] and Oscar [Fraulo] successfully returned to training today. We're looking forward to some great weeks, despite a tight schedule,” he said.

After stating that Mario Götze is progressing nicely and ought to start “in the coming weeks,” Toppmöller expected a “tight and hard-fought” game against Freiburg.

“We know where to start. A good offensive game can only work if every player on the field participates, just like our defense. The motto is to attack and defend together," he said.
