18-year-old Ayyoub Bouaddi has been one of the revelations of the World Cup so far, impressing in midfield for Morocco.

The Lille midfielder’s performances have reportedly caught the eye of some of Europe’s top clubs, with French RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins reporting that Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United are all monitoring him.

According to the journalist, Lille are demanding €80-100 million for Bouaddi – a fee likely to be too high for Bayern Munich, who are already expected to spend more than €100 million this summer on deals for Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown and PSV attacker Ousmane Saibari.

Hawkins also reports that, in the event of a sale, Lille would prefer to loan the player back for one year so he can continue his development at the club.

Bouaddi and Morocco continue their World Cup campaign against the Netherlands on Tuesday at 03:00 CEST.
