According to reports, Bayern Munich are close to finalizing a deal to sign Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen.

The 29-year-old centre-back is out of contract with Die Werkself and available on a free transfer - but although no transfer fee is needed, Bayern will still have to make a significant financial outlay to land him.

According to ran, the German international is set to receive a signing bonus of around €15 million, while his annual salary is expected to be approximately €12 million - the same figure discussed during talks between the parties last year.

That move ultimately fell through due to Bayern and Leverkusen failing to agree on a price.

This time, with no transfer fee involved, it appears Tah is finally set to complete his long-anticipated move to Säbener Straße.
