After being brought in as a popular solution to Bayern's problems at the full-back positions in January 2024, Sacha Boey hasn't been able to really establish himself in the team - so far.

The French right-back has, according to Sport Bild, decided to stay at the Bavarian club, at least for the upcoming season.

Boey has only been able to feature in 23 games for Bayern Munich since his arrival due to several injuries.

While his start in Munich was considered to be a little bit difficult, he impressed many people in the club with his performances in the recent FIFA Club World Cup, where he was able to score and assist one goal each.

Many rumours were linking the 24-year-old with a move back to his former club Galatasaray Istanbul, who are also rumoured to be interested in him - but Boey wants to use this momentum in order to further prove and establish himself in Bayern's first team.
