Couto reportedly "open to a transfer" away from Dortmund

Yan Couto's departure from Borussia Dortmund to Como 1907 is taking concrete shape, according to Matteo Moretto.

The Brazilian is now reportedly “open to a transfer” and negotiations with the Serie A side are said to be at an advanced stage.

Couto has largely failed to establish himself permanently in his second campaign at BVB, often kept out of the team by Julian Ryerson.

With BVB reportedly demanding a transfer fee of €20-25 million, a loan move has recently emerged as a possible option.

The 24-year-old is under contract until 2030 and has played 62 times for Dortmund in all competitions, providing 3 goals and 4 assists.
