Benjamin Sesko, Xavi Simons and Andre Silva are not the only players who missed Leipzig’s defeat to Atalanta because of impending transfers. Amadou Haidara was also not part of the squad as he could move to France in the coming days.

The Mali international joined Leipzig six and a half years ago. As the club wanted to offload his salary, they’re now looking for interested clubs. L’Equipe report newly-promoted Ligue 1 club Paris FC are showing interest.

The estimated price of €20-25 million could make negotiations difficult, but Paris FC are now in the same bracket with Leipzig since Red Bull GmbH owns 10.6% of the club. AS Roma are also interested on the 27-year-old midfielder.
