Köln eye move for Manchester City winger

After turning Jahmai Simpson-Pusey’s loan move from Manchester City into a permanent transfer, 1. FC Köln are once again looking to bring in a player from the Premier League outfit on loan.


According to 1. FC Köln-focused outlet Geissblog, the Billy Goats are considering a loan move for 18-year-old winger Reigan Heskey, who currently plays for Manchester City’s U21 side.

No agreement has been reached yet, but the youngster is among the candidates being considered to strengthen Köln’s attack.

The 18-year-old, who is the son of former England international Emile Heskey, made his senior debut in the EFL Cup last season and has been included in Manchester City’s Premier League squad on several occasions.

Heskey scored seven goals and provided seven assists in 19 appearances for Manchester City’s U21 team last season.
