RB Leipzig and Ole Werner were handed some good news this afternoon as Rômulo was pictured back in team training.

Joining the Brazilian marksman – who has been absent since Matchday 11 – was defender El-Chadaille Bitshiabu.

The duo completed large portions of team workout but are in a race against time to face Bayern Leverkusen on Saturday.

Elsewhere, Benjamin Henrichs is participating in partial team training following his Achilles tendon rupture.

Willi Orban is trained individually today, while Ezechiel Banzuzi suffered a muscle injury in his left thigh last week and will not play again this year.

Antonio Nusa (syndesmosis ligament injury) and Assan Ouédraogo (tendon injury) are still out, while Ridle Baku is also training individually.

Werner will also be without Amadou Haidara and Yan Diomande as the duo represent Mali and Côte D'Ivoire at the African Cup of Nations.
