"We need the Bernabéu behind us" – Vinícius Jr. counts on fan support against Bayern
Vinícius Jr. believes Real Madrid can overcome Bayern Munich with the backing of their fans at the Santiago Bernabéu.

Ahead of Real Madrid’s first-leg Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich, Vinícius Jr. spoke at a press conference in the Spanish capital alongside his coach, Álvaro Arbeloa, on Monday.
The Brazilian forward expressed great respect for Bayern, but said he believes his team can secure a positive result on Tuesday with the support of their home fans.
“We are facing a big opponent who has already won many games this season. It will be tough. But we are ready and confident," Vinícius Jr. said.
"With the support of our fans, we can beat Bayern. We need the Bernabéu behind us from the first minute to the last.”
Vinícius Jr. has scored 17 goals and provided 13 assists in 44 games this season so far.
