Erik Durm's move from Borussia Dortmund to Huddersfield Town is reportedly off.

Borussia Dortmund full-back Erik Durm will not move to Huddersfield Town, Kicker understands.

The two sides had agreed a transfer, and there were rumors that Durm was set to undergo a medical. But apparently Durm and Huddersfield couldn't come to an agreement as the Dortmund player had too high salary demands.

Durm, whose contract runs until 2019, is still expected to move on this summer after being deemed surplus to requirements at Dortmund. He was close to a move to Stuttgart a year ago, but back then he failed to pass his medical.

The full-back had his 2017/18 season hampered by injuries and didn't make a single appearance for the Bundesliga side in the past season.

In total, Durm has appeared 97 times for Borussia Dortmund with two goals and 11 assists to his name. He has also played seven times for the German national team and was part of the squad that won the World Cup in 2014.
