After Friday’s 4-3 win over Switzerland, Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann is expected to rotate his squad to some extent for Monday’s friendly against Ghana.
Sky Germany reports that a change in goal is likely, with Alexander Nübel expected to be handed a rare start.
The clear plan, however, remains for Oliver Baumann to be Germany’s starting goalkeeper at the World Cup.
Nübel, who is in his third consecutive season on loan at Stuttgart from Bayern Munich, has previously made two appearances for Germany’s senior national team.
