Alexander Sørloth's RB Leipzig medical, which was scheduled to take place on Monday at 14:00 CET, has been cancelled, according to Norwegian journalist Jan Aage Fjørtoft.

RB Leipzig bosses Oliver Mintzlaff and Markus Krösche confirmed on Sunday that they are close to sealing a deal for the striker, who is on loan at Trabzonspor from Crystal Palace.

But the striker's medical has now been postponed for the third time, because the clubs are still in negotiations over the transfer fee and potential bonuses, according to German media outlet RBLive.de.

Kicker reported on Sunday that the two clubs are expected to agree on a deal worth €20 million plus a maximum of €3 million in add-ons.
