PSV forward Donyell Malen has been lined up as a potential replacement for Jadon Sancho at Borussia Dortmund, according to Sport Bild.

Sancho was heavily linked with a move away from Signal Iduna Park during the summer, but ended up staying put.

Although the England international has struggled to reproduce his best form this season, he remains an attractive prospect for Europe's top clubs.

The 20-year-old is still under contract until 2023, but the question is how long Dortmund will be able to hold on to him.

Therefore, it's only logical that Dortmund are working on finding potential replacements, and 21-year-old Donyell Malen is understood to be top of their list.

Malen, who can play anywhere along the front line, is under contract until 2024 with the Dutch club. He has also been linked with the likes of FC Barcelona, Arsenal and AC Milan.
