Borussia Dortmund defender Thomas Meunier acknowledges he hasn't been playing at 100 percent this season, but believes he's on the right track to rediscovering his top form.

The 29-year-old right-back, who joined Dortmund from Paris Saint-Germain last summer, told Ruhr Nachrichten:

"The feeling is coming back. I have more confidence and feel sharper.

"But I'm still not at 100 percent. First, I have to become the Thomas Meunier that everyone expects.

"Since the beginning of the year, I have felt better. I firmly believe that I will rediscover my previous level."

Meunier has made 21 appearances for Dortmund with one goal and two assists to his name.

The Belgian international is currently sidelined with an injury that will keep him out of Saturday's encounter with Augsburg.
