Fredi Bobic is leaving Frankfurt – but where is he going?

While it's now clear that Fredi Bobic will be departing Frankfurt, his destination remains unclear. Hertha are seen as favorites to land the 49-year-old, but he is also being linked with jobs at Red Bull, Manchester United and West Ham.
After weeks of rumors about his future, Fredi Bobic confirmed on Tuesday that he will be leaving his position as Eintracht Frankfurt managing director for sport at the end of the season.

But since he didn't reveal his destination, Bobic didn't put the speculation about his future fully to bed.

Bobic has been touted for the job as Hertha BSC sporting managing director for a while, and the German capital club remain favorites to acquire his signature.

However, according to Sport Bild, Bobic is also being linked with the job as Red Bull's head of football and has attracted interest from Manchester United and West Ham as well.

Meanwhile, Frankfurt have started looking for a replacement and have identified Young Boys head of sport Christoph Spycher as a candidate, as per the report.
