Mark van Bommel in line to succeed Oliver Glasner as Wolfsburg coach

It only seems to be a matter of time before Mark van Bommel will be officially announced as new Wolfsburg coach.

Mark van Bommel is in line to be appointed new VfL Wolfsburg coach, according to multiple reports.

Bild claims that the former PSV coach and Bayern player has agreed a two-year contract with the Bundesliga side.

He will be succeeding Oliver Glasner, who was recently confirmed as new Eintracht Frankfurt coach.

Van Bommel, 44, has been unemployed since he left PSV in December 2019.
