According to Sky Germany, Bayer Leverkusen currently have no incoming offers on the table for Exequiel Palacios.

“There is absolutely no intention to let him go," the club's director of sport Simon Rolfes was quoted as saying.

"Neither the player nor his agent have approached us. We are firmly planning with him,” he explained further.

The Rhineland club consider Palacios a key player who is instrumental to Erik ten Hag's plans.

Furthermore, the Argentine midfielder's contract is valid until 2028. This gives Leverkusen a position of power under no urgency to sell.

Earlier this week, Palacios was linked with a move to Al-Ahli, with rumours suggesting the Saudi club were in contact with his agent.
