FC Bayern is optimistic that they will be able to add Luis Díaz to their ranks in the coming 7 to 10 days, according to a Sport BILD report.

According to the magazine, Liverpool FC is now willing to negotiate, however, other sources suggest a sticking point for the Bavarians.

Bayern won't offer much more than the recently reported €75million – 'Abendzeitung' estimates a maximum of €80million would be the limit.

Whether the sum will ultimately be sufficient remains to be seen with news that the Reds are believed to be holding out for €100million.

Given the large discrepancy in valuations, a couple of alternative transfer models are likely to be considered.

Furthermore, BILD is speculating about a sell-on share should the Colombian winger one day leave, the Reds could earn a share of the profit.
