After spending last season on loan at Grasshoppers in Switzerland, Jonathan Asp Jensen is now set to leave Bayern Munich on a permanent basis.

According to Bild, Spanish outfit Deportivo have reached an agreement to sign the 20-year-old Danish midfielder from Bayern for a fee of around €6 million.

The Danish midfielder's move to Spain is expected to be completed shortly, pending a medical.

For a while, it looked as though the youngster was heading to Lazio, but the Italian club were unable to reach an agreement with Bayern.

Asp Jensen scored nine goals and provided six assists in 40 games for Grasshoppers last season. He has never made an appearance for Bayern's senior team.
