Confirmed Lineups: Chelsea vs. Bayer Leverkusen

The lineups are out for Bayer Leverkusen’s last preseason fixture.

Bayer Leverkusen will face the Club World Cup champions Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge to close their preseason friendly list. Following an embarrassing start in Brazil, Erik ten Hag’s side won each of their last three games.

Summer signings Mark Flekken, Jarell Quansah and Ibrahim Maza are all in the starting lineup. Patrik Schick is preferred ahead of Victor Boniface in attack, while Robert Andrich will be the captain of the side.

As for the Premier League club, Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku are out of the squad as they set to leave the club this summer. Both have been linked with Bayern, but Max Eberl quickly shrugged off the reports regarding Jackson.
