RB Leipzig forward Conrad Harder has seen his minutes on the pitch restricted since the turn of the year and has featured for just 11 minutes across his side's last two games against Borussia Dortmund and Hamburger SV.

Speaking to Viaplay on Sunday, the Danish forward didn't hide his desire for more opportunities.

"I’m always ready to play and in good form. I keep myself going even when I'm not on the pitch. Of course I’m not happy with the playing time I’m getting, but that’s the coach’s decision, not mine. I’m just staying ready and feel my form is really good," Harder said.

Last month, the 20-year-old exclusively told Bulinews.com that one of his biggest goals is to make it to the World Cup with Denmark this summer.

However, Harder revealed to Viaplay that he hasn’t heard from Denmark coach Brian Riemer ahead of the World Cup play-off against North Macedonia later this month.

For now, his focus is on earning more minutes at RB Leipzig.

"Of course it would be huge to get called up, but I’m taking it one day at a time. Right now, I'm focused on getting more playing time with my club," he added.

Since joining RB Leipzig from Sporting CP last summer, Harder has made 24 appearances and scored two goals.
