Diaz and Woltemade remain Bayern's top targets

Even if they're both proving difficult to sign, Luis Diaz and Nick Woltemade remain Bayern Munich's top targets this summer, according to Kicker.

Bayern Munich’s summer transfer window has so far failed to deliver the reinforcements the club had hoped for.

For now, the German champions remain focused on Liverpool’s Luis Diaz and VfB Stuttgart’s Nick Woltemade despite seeing initial bids for both players rejected, according to Kicker.

Diaz is Bayern’s top target to strengthen the left wing following Leroy Sané’s move to Galatasaray, with head coach Vincent Kompany admiring the Colombia international for his intensity, physicality, and versatility on the pitch.

Woltemade, meanwhile, is seen as a flexible attacking option capable of playing as a forward or in a deeper role, combining technical skill with physical presence.

The problem is that neither Liverpool nor Stuttgart are willing to sell but Bayern still seem determined to push forward.
