Klopp's agent shoots down Roma speculation

Jürgen Klopp's agent has denied reports suggesting his client is set to become new Roma coach.

Eyebrows were raised when Italian newspaper La Stampa reported that former Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp is set to return to coaching and take over at AS Roma.

However, Klopp's agent, Mark Kosicke, has firmly denied the speculation, telling winwin:

“Reports on Klopp becoming new AS Roma manager are not true.”

Klopp left his job as Liverpool manager at the end of last season and took over as Red Bull's Head of Global Soccer at the beginning of January.

His contract with Red Bull runs until the end of 2029.
