According to L'Équipe, Bayer Leverkusen has touched base with Sevilla to explore a possible transfer of Loïc Badé.

The French international is under contract with the Andalusian club until 2029, with a reported the release clause of €60million.

However, the La Liga club is apparently not insisting on this amount and supposedly willing to negotiate at a lower price.

However, the Rhinelanders aren't alone in their interest in Badé, with a handful of other clubs also contacting Sevilla in recent days.

According to FT information, AFC Bournemouth have even presented a possible €30million transfer fee for the centre-half.

The 25-year-old is said to prefer a club that competes in the Champions League if he were to move, giving Die Werkself the upper hand.
