Youssoufa Moukoko is closing in on a move away from Borussia Dortmund.

As the Black and Yellows confirmed on Tuesday, the young striker is not in training as he's been given permission to hold talks with another club.

According to several reports, the 19-year-old is on the verge of joining OGC Nice.

The French Ligue 1 outfit are reportedly ready to sign Moukoko on loan, with an option to buy at a fee of €18 million.

It's also reported that Nice are willing to pay Moukoko's full salary of €8 million per season.

Moukoko declared his willingness to leave Dortmund through his agent, Patrick Williams, earlier this summer.

“I say BVB is making a mistake in giving Youssoufa away. With so little playing time, everyone will know that Youssoufa's market value will be low and Dortmund can't expect much,” Williams told Fabrizio Romano.

“We wanted it to be different, but that's the football business. Youssoufa is totally clear in his mind, extremely focused and knows what he wants to drive his career forward."
