Moukoko set to join FC Copenhagen, per Fabrizio Romano

Youssoufa Moukoko is on the verge of a permanent move away from Borussia Dortmund, with FC Copenhagen poised to secure the 20-year-old striker's signature.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the final details of the deal are being ironed out, with Moukoko having already given his approval of the transfer.

Once regarded as one of German football's brightest prospects, Moukoko has fallen completely out of favour at BVB. Though under contract with Die Schwarzgelben until 2026, the left-footed attacker has not been part of the club's long-term plans for some time.

He spent last season on loan at OGC Nice, but struggled to make an impact in Ligue 1, failing to reignite his early promise.

Now, a fresh opportunity awaits in Denmark. A move to Copenhagen represents a change of scenery and a much-needed fresh start.

The Danish Superliga side will be hoping to help Moukoko rediscover his form and confidence.

While the exact transfer fee and contract details remain undisclosed for now, an official announcement is expected soon.
