Freiburg's appeal rejected, Bayern's win stands

Freiburg's appeal against Bayern München's 4-1 victory last week has been rejected by the German Football Association's Sports Court.

Freiburg launched an appeal against the result after a substitution mix-up that saw the German champions briefly field 12 players.
The DFB found that Bayern can't be held responsible for the mistake, stating that it happened due to "culpable misconduct" on the part of the refereeing team.
Freiburg have accepted the sport court's decision.
