Report: Mainz and Nottingham Forest agree deal in principle for Niakhaté

Negotiations appeared to have hit a snag after Mainz rejected Nottingham Forest's opening bid, but it now looks like the deal will go through after all.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the two clubs have reached an agreement in principle, with only details left to be sorted out.
Niakhaté has one year left on his contract with Mainz.
